HVAC Marketing Case Studies

Numbers With Source Lines.

Every result on this page names the client, the market, the period, and where the number came from. If we cannot do that for a result, it is not on the page. That leaves it shorter than most agency results pages. We are fine with that.

  • Client, market, period, and source under every figure
  • One client’s result is one client’s result, and we say so
  • HVAC contractors only, so every number here is from your trade
  • Your own numbers reported the same way, every week

Watkins Heating and Cooling.

Woodbourne, Ohio. Residential and commercial. January to March 2024. Organic search.

Paid channels were carrying the company. Organic was not pulling its weight.

Strong reputation, weak visibility. Watkins depended on paid inquiries because the site and the Google Business Profile were not earning the high-value local searches in their own town.

What we did first
Technical foundation: site structure, speed, mobile, local service schema, clean metadata.
Then
Local search: Google Business Profile rebuilt with services, photos, and Q and A, citations cleaned across the major directories, service-area content for Woodbourne and the towns around it.
Then
Conversion: installation and repair pages rewritten, seasonal maintenance content, simpler inquiry forms and clearer calls to action.

Outcome on the search side: first position for “hvac Woodbourne Ohio” during the period, with installation inquiries rising without added ad spend.

Result

$60,000+
installation revenue in three months, from organic search alone

Three months is a short window and one market is one market. We publish it because it is documented, not because it predicts yours.

Source: HVAC Digital Marketing client records, Watkins Heating and Cooling. One client, one market, one period. Not a projection of what another market will do.

Why this page is short.

HVAC Digital Marketing opened as an HVAC-only shop at the end of 2025. The people behind it have run HVAC accounts since 2009, but most of that work was done under other names and cannot be published here as ours. So the results page starts where the company starts, and grows one documented client at a time.

Every client we take on is reported the same way you see above: cost per booked job by channel, weekly, from their own call and job records. When a client agrees to be named, their numbers land here with the same source line. Until then, they stay in the client’s report, where they belong.

“We’re good. We are slammed. I can’t keep up.”

Dusty Brents, Contractor, Austin, TX. Ten-year client, since 2016.

What you would see every week.

This is the report format behind every result we publish. Yours would look the same, with your numbers in it.

Two or three numbers

Cost per booked job, by channel. Booked jobs this week against last. Spend against plan. Nothing that needs a legend to read.

What was done, what is next

The moves made this week and the ones queued for next, in plain language, under 250 words total.

One idea and one ask

Something we noticed that you did not ask about, and anything we need from you to keep the number moving.

Every two months you also get the full source-to-booked-job report. Once a month we sit down and go through it.

Two minutes on the form. We look at what you already spend, what it booked, and where the jobs are leaking. Then you have a baseline, and a way to judge us, or anyone else, against it.

  • Cost per booked job, by channel, from your own numbers
  • The step that is leaking, and how many jobs it costs you
  • What it takes to move it, and the next step if you want one

3 questions to start. Your answers stay between us.

Questions owners ask about results.

Can you do that for me?

We do not know yet, and neither does anyone else who tells you yes on the first call. Your market, your phones, your board, and your budget decide it. The audit tells us where you stand, and then we tell you straight what we think is possible and what it would take.

Why only one case study?

Because it is the one we can document under this company’s name with a source line. The team has years of HVAC results under other agency names that are not ours to publish. More land here as clients agree to be named.

Do you have references I can call?

Yes. Ask on the call and we connect you with a current client. We would rather you hear it from an owner than read it from us.

How do you measure results?

Cost per booked job, by channel, built from your own call records and job software. Not leads, not clicks, not rankings. Those get tracked too, but the number that matters is what a booked job cost.

What does it cost?

We start from your number, not a package. Tell me what you want to invest, and I will walk you through what it buys and what it does not. If I can help, I will tell you. If I cannot, I will tell you that too, straight. Our fee is 1 flat monthly number in your proposal, always separate from ad spend so you can see what you are paying for.

Can I just text instead?

Yes. Text the question and I will answer it. No call, no charge. The call exists for the questions that need your numbers in front of both of us.

Your numbers, reported the same way.

Tell us where you want to be in twelve months and where you are now. We come back with what is in the way and what it takes to move it.
