Careers
We Hire Slowly. On Purpose.
Every person here works only on HVAC contractors, is measured on what a booked job costs the client, and can be reached by name. That bench is hard to build, so we would rather leave a seat empty than fill it wrong. If that sounds like a place you want to work, read on. If it sounds slow, it is.
- USA based. Remote or in an office, your call, on client hours
- One trade. You will know HVAC cold inside a year
- Measured on the client’s number, not on hours or activity
- The CEO knows your name and your accounts

None posted. Send it anyway.
We hire when the right person shows up, not when a headcount plan says so. Half the people on the team came in that way. Tell Henry what you own, what you have shipped, and which of the seats below you would take.
Who does well here.
Skills we can teach. These we cannot, so they come first.
Owns the outcome
When the client’s number drops, you do not wait for someone to notice. You already know why, and you are already moving budget or fixing the phone.
Says “I do not know”
Out loud, in front of the client if needed, and then goes and finds out. Guessing with someone else’s money is the fastest way out of here.
Reads the scoreboard
You want to see the number every week, even when it is bad. Especially when it is bad. People who prefer activity reports do not last.
Gets 1% better, daily
Small improvement to the craft every day, compounded. You keep a list of what you got better at and you can show it.
The seats we fill.
Every client account has these seats. When one opens, this is what it looks like.
Channel specialist
Search, paid media, websites, reviews, or follow-up. You run one channel, only for HVAC contractors, and you are measured on cost per booked job like everyone else. Deep in one thing beats shallow in six.
Tracking and intake
You tie every call, form, and job to its source, and you make sure the phone gets answered and the job gets recorded. Without you, nobody has a number. Part analyst, part plumber for data.
Account operator
You own the client’s number across channels, move budget every 30 days to whatever is constraining growth, and write the weekly report. You have run marketing for a real business before, not just a campaign.
How hiring works here.
Your story
Email Henry. Not a resume first. What you own, what you have shipped, and a number you moved.
Values first
A short values assessment before any interview. We are matching you to a seat, not filling a slot.
Real work
A paid, scoped piece of actual work. You see how we operate. We see how you think.
The call
With Henry. Straight questions both ways. If it is a fit we say so that week. If it is not, we say that too.
The Regiment selects slowly, for people who own the outcome, then trusts them completely. Same here.
Questions people ask before they email.
Do I need HVAC experience?
No. You need to be willing to learn one trade deeply. Most of the team came from marketing, not from the trade. A year in, you will know when the phones ring and why a March review does not book a July job.
Remote or in office?
Either. We have offices in Phoenix and Pennsylvania and team members across the United States. What matters is that you are in the country, on client hours, and reachable by name.
Is there a values assessment before the interview?
Yes, and it is short. It tells us which seat fits you, not whether you are good enough. People who would have been miserable in one seat have done very well in another.
Do you pay for the trial work?
Yes. Scoped, paid, and real. We do not ask people to work for free to prove themselves.
Why are there no roles posted?
Because we hire when the right person shows up. Posting a role and filling it by a date is how the wrong person gets hired. Send your story and it goes on the list Henry reads first when a seat opens.
Can I text instead of emailing?
For careers, email. It lets you attach what you have shipped. Henry reads every one himself.
One trade. One number. Your name on the work.
If that is the job you have been looking for, tell Henry what you own and what you have shipped.
