About HVAC Digital Marketing

HVAC Only. One Scoreboard. No Pitch.

We are an HVAC-only marketing company run by people who buy and operate HVAC companies as well as market them. Every client on the roster is an HVAC contractor, every channel is judged on what a booked job costs, and every account is in your name from the first day.

  • HVAC contractors only, since the day we opened
  • One number every week: what a booked job costs you
  • A full-time, in-house team, USA based
  • Month to month, and you keep everything if we part ways

Why HVAC and nothing else.

A general agency learns your trade on your budget. We already know when the phones ring, what a replacement is worth against a repair, and why a five-star review from March does not book a job in July.

We know the season

Budget moves before the heat, not during it. Search, ads, and follow-up are staged to the calendar your market actually runs on.

We know the job mix

Repair, replacement, maintenance, and IAQ do not cost the same to win and are not worth the same when won. We track them apart and spend accordingly.

We know the board

ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, or the spreadsheet somebody keeps. Wherever the jobs land, that is where the marketing number gets built.

How we got here

Twenty years in. HVAC for most of them.

2005

Out of the Regiment

I left the 75th Ranger Regiment and went straight into marketing. Plan the mission, execute, debrief on the numbers. The habit never left.

2009

First HVAC account

A franchise contractor, at an agency I worked for. I have not worked a season without an HVAC client since.

2010

Our own shop

Founded the agency. Home services first, then HVAC took over the roster because it was the trade we understood best.

2025

HVAC only

Opened HVAC Digital Marketing at the end of the year. Same team, same standard, one trade. We also began buying and helping run HVAC companies ourselves.

The company is new. The people, the process, and the results behind it are not.

How we work.

Four rules. Every client, every channel, no exceptions we have found yet.

01

Diagnose before we prescribe

We do not sell a channel until we know which of the seven steps between a search and a booked job is leaking. Buying the wrong channel is how budgets disappear.

02

One scoreboard

Every call, form, and job traced to the source that produced it. You get the number weekly, by channel, and we live with whatever it says.

03

Sequence the spend

Resources move every 30 days to whatever is constraining growth right now. Sometimes that is more ads. Often it is the phone, the follow-up, or the board.

04

1% better, every day

Small, measured improvements to the craft every day, compounded over a year. It is how the number keeps moving after the easy wins are gone.

Who does the work.

A full-time, in-house team

USA based. Some are distributed, most are not, because you cannot hire this bench in one city. The people who strategize, talk to you, and push the buttons are the same people.

Plus a network and partners

When a client needs a specialty we do not keep on staff, we bring in people we have worked with for years and hold them to the same standard. You deal with us. We deal with them.

Tools we build ourselves

When we find a gap in marketing, sales, or operations that no product fixes, we build the tool. AI answering, AI agents, tracking that ties a call to a job. Otherwise we close the gap with smart people and process.

You always have access to the CEO

Not a portal, not a ticket queue. My cell, answered within 24 hours and usually in minutes. Text me now and see.

The terms, in plain language.

  • Leads that are yours alone. Never shared, never resold.
  • Every account in your name from day one.
  • Month to month, unless we agree otherwise.
  • My cell. Account questions answered within 24 hours, usually minutes.
  • One number every week: what a booked job costs you.
  • Strategy reviewed every 30 days.

We are selective. You should be too.

We turn down more owners than we take on, usually because the budget and the expectation do not match yet, and we say so on the first call rather than six months in. When they do match, we keep 97% to 99% of clients year to year. The ones we lose sold the company, moved marketing in house, or life happened. Source: our team’s client records

Two ways to work with us. Or just one channel.

We run it

Our team runs your marketing and sales engine on the channels that pay. Want someone in charge of growth across marketing, sales, and operations? That is an HVAC Growth Operator.

See Both Options

We build it in-house with you

We set up the plan, the tools, and the reporting, help you hire and train the people, then step back. For owners who do not want to pay an outside agency forever. Here is in-house versus agency, side by side.

See Both Options

One channel, or a few

Same standards on every one of them, whether we run all of it or one piece.

Thinking about selling?

We buy and help run HVAC companies through our team, partners, and network. If you are a year or three out, I can tell you what buyers will look at and what the gaps are worth closing first. Confidential, and no obligation either way.

Henry Hank Hugh Hernandez, CEO of HVAC Digital Marketing

The founder

From Spec Ops Army Ranger to HVAC.

I left the 75th Ranger Regiment in 2005 and went straight into marketing. I first worked on HVAC in 2009, and it has been my focus since. I buy and help run HVAC companies as well as market them, so I am reading the same scoreboard you are.

The Regiment taught me one thing that runs this company: you plan the mission, you execute it, and then you sit down and debrief on what actually happened, not what you hoped would happen. That is the weekly number. It is not always comfortable. It is always useful.

HVAC only
Every client on the roster is an HVAC contractor.
Owner, not just marketer
Part owner in HVAC companies. When a truck sits idle in August, it costs me too.
Who does the work
A full-time, in-house team, USA based. You always have access to the CEO. Text me a question right now and see.
Your name on everything
Ad accounts, website, tracking, data. If we part ways, you keep all of it.

There is no pitch and no script. We talk about what you want to talk about and I do my best to help. If I can help, I will tell you. If I cannot, I will tell you that too.

See how we work before you decide anything.

Two minutes on the form. We look at what you already spend, what it booked, and which step is dropping jobs. You get straight answers and, if you want them, the next steps in a few lines. Whether you hire us is a separate conversation.

  • Cost per booked job, by channel, from your own numbers
  • The step that is leaking, and how many jobs it costs you
  • What it takes to move it, and the next step if you want one

3 questions to start. Your answers stay between us.

Questions owners ask about us.

How long have you been doing this?

Henry has been in marketing since 2005 and on HVAC since 2009. The agency was founded in 2010. HVAC Digital Marketing, the HVAC-only brand, opened at the end of 2025 with the same team.

Do you only work with HVAC companies?

Yes. Residential, commercial, service, replacement, new construction, single truck to a hundred. If it is HVAC, it is in scope. If it is not, we will point you to someone good.

Who actually does the work on my account?

A full-time, in-house team, USA based, plus a network and partners we have worked with for years when a specialty calls for it. The people who plan your account are the people who run it, and you always have the CEO’s cell.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. Ad accounts, analytics, the domain, the site, and the data are set up in your name from day one. If we part ways, you keep all of it and nothing has to be rebuilt.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month to month unless we agree otherwise, and we re-earn the budget every month.

What does it cost?

We start from your number, not a package. Tell me what you want to invest, and I will walk you through what it buys and what it does not. If I can help, I will tell you. If I cannot, I will tell you that too, straight. Our fee is 1 flat monthly number in your proposal, always separate from ad spend so you can see what you are paying for.

Where are you located?

Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, with offices and team members across the United States, Pennsylvania included. We work with contractors nationwide, and most of them we talk to every week without ever being in the same room.

Can I just text instead?

Yes. Text the question and I will answer it. No call, no charge. The call exists for the questions that need your numbers in front of both of us.

You know who we are. Now let us look at your numbers.

Tell us where you want to be in twelve months and where you are now. We come back with what is in the way and what it takes to move it.
